I was going to write about Oliver East’s latest book Proper Go Well High (Blank Slate, 2009), but after looking through my previous posts on his work (having read some of the minicomics, and having read the first book and a preview of what would become this second book), I didn’t have anything to add. Proper is, in kind, not that different than Trains Are… Mint, but it is a more assured work, a progression. So, here’s a post to remind you that the book exists, it’s out there, and you should read it. Keep an eye out for his next book, Berlin and That, coming soon.
