Spill
Here’s a small minicomic I’ve made as part two of an unconnected series of three. This one was inspired by a the ongoing oil spill. I saw video of it on the news (I think it was The Rachel Maddow Show), it looked really beautiful: the colors, the clouds, the shiny silver. So I thought I’d try to make something aesthetically pleasing based on this disaster. This is also the first comic I’ve drawn using the new Photoshop CS5, which has wonderful brush tools that really take advantage of the possibilities of the Wacom tablet.

This is a DIY minicomic. Print it out (laser printer is best so you don’t lose some image at the margins) and put it together yourself.
