I’ve been following Jaime Hernandez’s Maggie serial in the New York Times Funny Pages section. The strip has a different kind of pacing than most of Jaime’s work, and the color is quite nice. Last week’s episode did not seem like an ending, but this week the paper notes that the section will return in September with a work by Seth… What happened to Jaime’s serial? I wonder what Seth’s work will be, and will it put off further the continuation of Clyde Fans? I don’t have any of the answers, but I’d sure like to know.

whoa! Since when did the NY Times start having comics?
Looks like… September 18, 2005. There was a weekly Chris Ware serial, which was followed by the Hernandez serial.
