Harvey Jerkwater (what a name) at Filing Cabinet of the Damned writes a long post about Mister Miracle and Big Barda from Jack Kirby’s Fourth World epic. I’ve got the four black and white volumes that DC released from the interlocking series, and this wets my appetite more to get to reading them. I like the idea that Kirby deliberately wrote with the epic, metaphorical story in mind.
