Yesterday was Hourly Comic Day, and I decided to participate. Sunday is my drawing day (working on Things Change) so it’s not the most exciting day of the week. I was posting them to my Flickr page, but here’s the whole thing as a single page:

I just love the whole look of this, as well as the timeline

  2. DerikB says:

Thanks, Gabrielle. Mostly just using the templates, tools, and colors that I’m currently using for Things Change (my webcomic).

I like the look of these as a big page, Derik. Hour 10 (half lettuce & tomatoes, half garbage can in the snow) is delightfully different in its captionless content. I also like the freaky look of the cat’s paw under the door–though I have seen this game as played by my own cats, the paw as pictured here bears a freakish resemblance to an insect wriggling on its back! Brrr…

Thanks, Mike. At some point, I realized I was doing too much redundancy of text/image, so I tried out leaving out the captions for effect.

The cat paw is not so scary when accompanied by pitiful meowing.
